All accepted papers for the conference, whatever the presentation format (20min, 30min, or poster) are going to be published in the Proceedings (paper version with ISBN and CD-ROM version).
The conference paper templates are the same for all presentation formats; however, poster presentations are limited to 4 pages, 20min oral presentations are limited to 6 pages and 30min oral presentations are limited to 8 pages.
If absolutely needed, the number of pages may be increased up to a maximum of 12 (30m oral presentations), 10 (20m oral presentations) and 8 (poster presentations). However, for each page in excess of the maximum allowed, the author will have to pay an additional fee.
It is important to highlight that the posters will be exhibited in a wall area, using a A0 format (84 cm X 118cm - Portrait) and the poster authors will discuss their work with other conference delegates who will stop by and ask questions, during the time slot assigned to poster presentations.
